PROCESS & SHIPPING
If you place a custom order or wedding package with us you will first receive a mock-up within 1 day. This will be a visual reference of the order that you will need to approve before production commences. You can of course make changes to this mock-up but please know this will delay the production process.
Production lead times and shipping will follow once approval has happened.
Note: the mock-up is only for visual reference and the final product may vary slightly
Lead times are stated on the individual products and will be updated if they are to vary.
The lead times may increase based on the workload that we have in the shop. Your order will be completed in the order that we receive them so please be sure to check the lead times and shipping times before placing an order to ensure we can make your deadline.
Currently we only ship to the UK.
All of your shipments are sent out using Royal Mail 1st class. Estimated arrival time is 1-3 working days.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However if ever your package does go missing or arrives damaged, please let us know and we'll do our best to help you.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Custom orders will not be accepted for a refund if cancelled, however if the case is that the shipment has been damaged please do email us.
For other items in the shop, we hope that you are always happy with your purchase but if you do feel you need to return your order, you will have 14 days. Please return this in the original condition and packaging.
